TERMS OF SERVICE

!! By commission me you have read and agreed to all the Terms of Service. !!

My TOS applies to past, current, and future commissioners.Last updated: 27/06/2024.

★ General | Copyright

  • Remember to request only if you are really sure about get a commission! That means you know my style and have the money for it.

  • I reserve the right to reject your order.

  • The commissioner is 18+ and must have their own PayPal account.

  • You are Paying for a DIGITAL artwork.

  • My art cant be edited/drawn over/traced WITHOUT PERMISSION

  • My art is for personal use only. That means you can:

  • Print the artwork for personal use.

  • Use as a pfp, banner, decoration, etc. with the appropriate credits for me as the artist.

  • I, Vickynaee (the artist), reserve the rights of the work to upload in a visible place as a portfolio presentation, example or promotion on my social media with no permission required from the commissioner BUT the commissioner can request to keep it private or to be uploaded in a later date. Please do let me know BEFORE start the commission.

★ Payment | Refund

  • I take all payments thru VGen | via Paypal (USD) only. People from Mexico can also opt for a bank deposit with the exact amount converted to MXM.

  • I will start 1 day AFTER full payment unless the amount is $150+. In this case I am open to work out a payment plan with the commissioner and I will start AFTER the first amount (non-refundable) & finish AFTER the second amount.

  • Refund would be not possible until I cancel the commission and issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done due to personal issues or I won't be able to finish their order.

  • I charge +50% of your final quote for DEADLINE and PRIORITY. You can check the section Time for more info.

☆ Im a slow artist!! Please you might consider this if you want to get a commission from me. ☆

I only work business days from Monday to Friday.11:00 am - 6:00 pm (GMT-6)

  • Turn around time depends on complexity, my schedule and health. Minimun can be 3 days - 3 months.

  • If you need a commission done by a specific date, please specify. You can request a deadline at least two weeks in advance (Can be lees ONLY for sketch/icon/headshot).

Stimated time for each type of commission (can be less or more):

How to order | Process

☆ Don't send me any kind of payment before I accept the commission, you may run the risk of me rejecting the project and a refund will not be possible.

★ Are you ready?

  • Check my VGen or contact me via:

  • I don’t work with characters that don’t have a reference or visual examples — I don’t do customs or designs characters based on written descriptions. Make sure to include references of your character and be clear on what do you want:

  • Type of commission

  • Pose / expression / clothes / appareance

  • Extra details (small objects, blood, text, etc.)

  • Accepting process and payment step!

We can discuss about the commission and doesnt have any cost

  • First sketch (Just to confirm the pose)

  • Detailed sketch

  • Lineart

  • Color-Shades (You can have constant progress in this step)

  • Final result! yay!

For works where the sketch, lineart, and base color have already been approved, a few changes are allowed if I made a mistake with the design. Additional or many changes need to be paid.
